- 5 Cups Blueberries
- 1/2 to 1 Cup Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- In a medium saucepan combine blueberries, sugar, lemon juice and salt.
- Mash with potato masher until berries have released their juices.
- Cook over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until mixture has thickened – 18 to 25 minutes.
