  1. 2 Tablespoons Vegan Butter
  2. 2 Tablespoons Flour
  3. 2 Cups Soy Milk
  4. Spices
  1. In a saucepan melt vegan butter.
  2. Add the flour to the vegan butter, stir using a whisk.
  3. Add any spices you want, cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Pour in one cup of soy milk, continue stirring.
  5. Pour in the rest of the soy milk and stir until the mixture reaches your desired thickness.
