- 1 Can Beans, rinsed & drained
- 1 Clove Garlic, Minced
- 2 Tablespoons Onion, Minced
- 1/4 Teaspoon Liquid Smoke
- 2 Tablespoons Nutritional Yeast
- 3 Tablespoons Bread Crumbs (Or Flour)
- 2 Tablespoons Oats
- Any other spices you like.
- In a food processor place all the ingredients and process together.
- Form the mixture into shapes of patties and fry (or bake).
