  1. 1/2 Cup Vegan Butter, Melted
  2. 1 Cup Vegan Graham Cracker Crumbs
  3. 1 Cup Powdered Sugar
  4. 3/4 + 2 Tablespoons Creamy Peanut Butter
  5. 1 Cup Vegan Chocolate Chips
  1. Using foil, line a 9x9 baking pan.
  2. In a medium bowl mix melted butter, graham cracker crumbs and powdered sugar. Stir in the 3/4 cup of peanut butter.
  3. Spread the mixture into the prepared baking pan.
  4. Next in a small bowl microwave the 2 tablespoons of peanut butter with chocolate chips until melted. Stir until mixture is smooth.
  5. Spread the melted peanut butter chocolate mixture over the layer of peanut butter.
  6. Chill until set - 3 hours.
  7. Before cutting let sit at room temperature for around 10 minutes.
