  1. 1/2 Cup Vegan Butter
  2. 3/4 Cups Brown Sugar
  3. 1 Tablespoon Vanilla
  4. 1 1/2 Cups Vegan Chocolate Chips
  5. 1 1/4 Cups Flour
  1. Line an 8 inch by 8 inch pan with foil. Spray the foil with cooking spray.
  2. Using a mixer beat together butter, brown sugar and vanilla until it's light and fluffy.
  3. Mix in the flour a small amount at a time.
  4. Stir in chocolate chips - leaving 2 tablespoons aside.
  5. Spread mixture evenly into the prepared pan. Take the chocolate chips you set aside and place them on top of the mixture.
  6. Place in the freezer for 2 hours.
  7. Cut into pieces.
  8. Store in the refrigerator.
