- 1 Jar Dill Pickles, Sandwich Style Or Chips
- 1/2 Cup Soy Milk
- 1 Cup Vegan Panko Crumbs
- 1 Teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- In a food processor, combine panko crumbs and spices. Well combine the mixture. Pour mixture onto a plate.
- Remove a pickle and pat with paper towel.
- Dredge in milk and then coat in panko crumbs.
- Place pickles on greased cookie sheet.
- Bake for 15 minutes, flip and bake for 5 more minutes.
