  1. 1 Jar Dill Pickles, Sandwich Style Or Chips
  2. 1/2 Cup Soy Milk
  3. 1 Cup Vegan Panko Crumbs
  4. 1 Teaspoon Onion Powder
  5. 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. In a food processor, combine panko crumbs and spices. Well combine the mixture. Pour mixture onto a plate.
  3. Remove a pickle and pat with paper towel.
  4. Dredge in milk and then coat in panko crumbs.
  5. Place pickles on greased cookie sheet.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes, flip and bake for 5 more minutes.
