I honestly wasn’t sure if this film would be worth watching. Mostly due to everything I was seeing pop up on my twitter feed from a few horror based websites I follow. It seemed for months they were talking about this new film, a new possession film. I have a deep love for any kind of possession film, always have, so I knew I had to give this one a watch in the end.
I’m glad I watched it. This has to be my favorite film of 2014 so far. The story of why he begins doing what he does is actually a great story – I don’t want to give that away though. The film isn’t overly religious (to me anyways), the way most possession films are.
There also are not a lot of graphic scenes in the film, but I still wouldn’t suggestion it for kids. Kids would have a lot of questions I don’t think anyone would be wanting to answer.
